Returns & Exchanges
- You can return unused gear within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original condition. Unused, tags attached, and with packaging where possible.
- To start a return, email us at returns@untamedsouth.com with your order number and reason.
- If approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Non-Returnable Items

- Worn base layers
- Customized products (with embroidery or engraving)
